The class begins with passive poses, held for as long as 5 minutes, which allow the body to relax, and soothes the mind. This prepares the body for the Nidra practice. Known as “the yogi’s sleep”, Nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation that brings you into a deeply meditative state between sleep and wakefulness. Emerge feeling rested and rejuvenated!

Yang to Yin 75

This class focuses on building and working with an increase in energy, and then shifting the second half of the practice towards settling, softening, and easing the effort. Yang will include a standing series, and some flow, and Yin will move towards longer held poses closer to the earth, with easeful breathwork and meditation. A perfect balance.

Hatha Flow

Hatha means “sun” and “moon”, and balance is the focus in this all levels yoga class. Woven with the elements of flow, this is a steady motion class where we connect poses with flow transitions. Explore a series of yoga poses balanced with breathwork, and some basic meditation. A perfect class to develop and expand yoga flow foundations.

This class offers a chance to explore the various poses in yoga with “beginner’s mind”. Instruction will introduce safe ways to come in and out of poses, as well as breathwork and mindfulness. Ashtanga

Ashtanga is an energizing flow based on the Ashtanga half primary series. This all levels class explores the foundations of this traditional yoga style. Ashtanga yoga focuses on breathing, moving and settling into each posture. Beginning with sun salutations, moving through standing and balancing postures, then to seated and finishing. Hands on adjustments will be offered if welcome.

Fit Fusion
