All Ways Yoga - Teacher Training 2021/2022 is coming soon

200hr Yoga Teacher Training | January 2024

with Jonni-Lyn Friel and Marisha Schaefer

YTT

All Ways Yoga is delighted to offer its very first Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in collaboration with Namaha Yoga School. This 200 hour YTT will take your practice to the next level! Students will become Yoga Alliance certified teachers of both Hatha and Vinyasa.

This course will be offered in two modules part-time with sessions every other weekend alongside weekly in-studio practice. The first module will be for students who are interested in deepening their personal yoga journey. The second module will focus on how to become a yoga teacher.

Are you ready to advance your personal practice of Yoga? To learn Yoga on a deeper, more meaningful level and to help improve the lives of others by teaching Yoga?

This Vinyasa and Hatha Teacher Training program is a combination of years of experience, expertise and thousands of hours of training concentrated into two immersions.

Jonni-Lyn Friel is a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher who has studied and trained in Vinyasa, classical Hatha Yoga, and other dynamic styles of Yoga based on body alignment. With extensive experience of living in Ashrams and next to great masters of Yoga worldwide, she is pleased to offer this training combining their unique experience and knowledge.

Students are taught in an environment created to help them feel supported, allow for growth and nourish their personal and spiritual practice. This is done by giving them the chance and opportunity to dive deeply and self-reflect in a safe and nurturing environment, exploring the path of Yoga and all of its teachings.

Immersion 1 – Yoga Deepening

In the Yoga Deepening, we will start to develop our own personal practice, as well as consistency. During this immersion, we will begin to learn and incorporate more about the subtle aspects of yoga into our lives. Jonni-Lyn Friel
I founded Namaha Yoga School in 2015. Together with teachers from around the world, I have taught numerous trainings around the globe; teaching what we practice and love. In 2013, I became a certified Jivamukti teacher, which added another layer of depth and love to my teachings. My practice and teaching is a way for me to connect with and be of service to others. I currently mentor yoga teachers, and offer woman’s circles and retreats. I’m also very much into plant medicine. I will bring a holistic and nourishing approach to our time together.

*Please note dates are subject to change and specific times TBD*
