Janna Reimer

Janna has over 10 years’ experience teaching fitness, and enjoys working with participants of all ages and levels.

Janna regularly teaches Hatha Yoga, Fitness Yoga, Full Body Strength, Cardio Dance, Cardio Boxing, HIIT, Bootcamp, and is certified in Yoga Fitness (FitFlow Yoga Levels 1 and 2), Yoga for Older Adults, Yoga Fusion (incorporating blocks, bands, and weights with yoga poses), as well as Group Strength, Group Fitness, and Weight Training.

Janna is also excited to be attending the Teacher Training through All Ways Yoga in 2024!

What’s a daily habit that you can’t live without?
Movement.

Looking back, what do you admire most about your childhood self? My empathy for others was strong in childhood. Now, as a mother, I try to nurture this quality in myself and my children.
