What’s something that restores you? Taking in the beauty of the west coast and breathing in the salty air.
What practice would you like to explore more of? I spend a lot of time focusing on body movement, breath, and alignment, which is why I would like to learn more about the practice of yin and being still.
Describe your silliest fear? I’m actually scared of skiing. I’m so afraid of heights that I find going down a ski hill to be scary.
