The class begins with passive poses, held for as long as 5 minutes, which allow the body to relax, and soothes the mind. This prepares the body for the Nidra practice. Known as “the yogi’s sleep”, Nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation that brings you into a deeply meditative state between sleep and wakefulness. Emerge feeling rested and rejuvenated!
Restore
This passive practice of resting in poses for longer periods, using various props for support, without pain or strain is designed to promote stillness and quiet for the mind and body. Complimented by some light singing, and gentle touch to soothe the nervous system. Suitable for students of all levels.

Roll into a toasty, candlelit room and stretch your way into the day. With only the softest melodies in the background, this practice invites you to explore spaciousness in both body and mind.
In this 45-minute, all-levels, active yin-style class, you’ll experience gentle movement and deep stretches at a mindful pace. Held in a hot room with floor-based poses and supportive props, this practice can promote joint mobility and circulation. Hot Yin is designed to leave you grounded, balanced, and ready to ease into the day ahead. No flexibility required.
Yin
A calming and balancing practice where passive Yin poses are held for a longer period of time, stretching the connective tissue and releasing tension in the physical body. This practice promotes deepening into postures and inviting stillness. All levels class.

Kundalini
Kundalini is a medium energy level class, suitable for all students. A room temperature class.
Kundalini is named after the divine energy within the body – coiled at the base of the spine. In this class you will explore a mix of movement, breath work, and mantra to awaken this energy and unlock meditative potential. This class works with the chakra system and the flow of energy from the base of the spine through the various energy centres. Explore transforming that energy to a higher frequency!

Hot Hatha
Step into the warmth and start your day with
intention with this steady, grounding practice. Guided through a foundational set sequence in a hot room, you’ll move with alignment, breath, and mindful strength. The consistency of the sequence builds familiarity over time, helping you deepen postures, and cultivate balance from the inside out.
This 45-minute practice is accessible for all levels, and is the perfect way to awaken body and mind to set the tone for your day.
Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow. A medium energy level class, suitable for all students. Room temperature class.
Hatha Flow is a steady motion class, connecting poses with flow transitions. Explore a series of yoga poses, balanced with breath work. A good class to develop and expand yoga flow foundations.
Push
Power Flow
This energizing class blends Vinyasa-inspired flow with integrated core conditioning for a full-body experience that builds strength, stability, and mobility. Core engagement is woven throughout the sequence—activating the upper and lower abdominals, obliques, hip flexors, and back body—as you move through standing postures, balancing poses, twists, and breathwork (pranayama).
Props such as bands and blocks may be incorporated to support alignment and deepen muscle activation as you flow.
We’ll wind down with Hatha-inspired stretching, holding poses for longer to encourage deep release, enhance flexibility, and calm the nervous system—followed by a restful savasana to leave you grounded, restored, and ready for a peaceful evening.
Ashtanga Yoga is a medium energy level class, suitable for all students. Room temperature class.
Ashtanga is an energizing flow based on the Ashtanga half primary series. This all levels class explores the foundations of this traditional yoga style. Ashtanga yoga focuses on breathing, moving and settling into each posture. Beginning with sun salutations, moving through standing and balancing postures, then to seated and finishing. Hands on adjustments will be offered if welcome.
Fit Flow
Fit Flow classes creatively combine poses to connect breath with movement, build up heat, strength and flexibility. Fitness elements designed to strengthen the core, tone the body, and increase stamina are woven throughout.
Fit Fusion
This is an all-levels class which blends the core-sculpting focus of Yogi-lates, the power and stability of strength training, and the fluid movement of a dynamic power yoga flow.
Its designed to challenge and support you—whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or deepening an existing practice. Everyone is welcome with options and modifications offered throughout.

Somatic Yoga & Sound
Explore mindful movement, breathwork and sound for physical, energetic, and emotional release. Somatic yoga focuses on the internal experience of the practice, with no rules about how it looks. Deepen the connection to yourself and activate your healing capacity, then relax to the healing vibrations of a sound bath with harp and gong. This class is suitable for all levels.

HOT 26 (60min)
HOT 26+2 (60 mins) is a medium energy level class, suitable for all students. Hot temperature class.
This “original hot” series promotes health for the body and stillness for mind. The 26 exercises with 2 breathing exercises is a consistent practice so as to learn to relax the thinking part of the mind. This simple set sequence strengthens & stretches evenly, interval trains the heart, and coaches the whole body.

HOT 26+2 (90 mins) is a medium energy level class, suitable for all students. Hot temperature class.
90 minutes allows each pose to be repeated twice, as originally taught. This “original hot” series promotes health for the body and stillness for mind. The 26 exercises with 2 breathing exercises is a consistent practice so as to learn to relax the thinking part of the mind. This simple set sequence strengthens & stretches evenly, interval trains the heart, and coaches the whole body.
Yogi-lates
Yogi-lates. A higher energy level class, suitable for all students. This is a room temperature class.
A balanced fusion of Yoga and Pilates. Weaving together and connecting the core training elements of Pilates with the balance and alignment practice of yoga, this class offers a complete body workout and integration.
