Fit Fusion Summer Mini Series

4-Week Series

Join Sarah this summer for an energizing, all-levels mini series which blends the core-sculpting focus of Yoga-lates, the power and stability of strength training, and the fluid movement of a dynamic power yoga flow.

This Fit Fusion mini series is designed to challenge and support you—whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or deepening an existing practice. We will build together each week with options and modifications offered throughout. Everyone is welcome.

Expect a full-body workout to build strength, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling balanced, strong, and empowered.

Two date options available this summer pre-register for either one or both.
