Let’s come together to celebrate love, strength, and serenity this Mother’s Day.
Designed to nourish the body, calm the mind, and honor the incredible mothers in our lives. This gentle, all-levels session will blend breath work, mindful movement and restorative poses to help you reconnect with yourself and celebrate the nurturing spirit of motherhood.
Let the soothing atmosphere, calming music, and intentional flow guide you into deep relaxation and gratitude. Whether you’re a mom, honoring a mom, or simply wanting to embrace a peaceful moment—this class is for you.
What to Expect:

Bring your mat, a water bottle, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows – anything to make yourself ultimately comfortable.
