Sarah Campbell
Sarah is one of our newest Yoga teachers!
Yoga has been an integral part of Sarah’s life for nearly 20 years, culminating in her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Namaha Yoga School in 2024. She finds restoration in deepening her connection to the universe and her highest self through yoga and meditation. Movement is a daily necessity for Sarah—whether it’s yoga, bootcamp, hiking, paddleboarding, or lifting weights, she thrives on the energy that comes from challenging her body.
Get to know Sarah
What’s something that restores you? What restores me is engaging in meaningful conversations, expanding my knowledge, and helping others through learning and discovery. This process of growth and connection with others energizes me and brings a sense of fulfillment.
What’s a daily habit that you cannot life without? I find that movement is such an essential part of my daily life! Whether it’s practicing yoga, mindful breathing, or hiking through the woods, I find that setting aside time to move and be active helps me stay grounded and maintain a sense of clarity.
What is a passion you’ve acted on? A passion that I’ve acted on is becoming a yoga teacher. I’ve always been drawn to the practice of yoga, not just for the physical benefits, but for how it deepens the mind-body connection and fosters inner peace. My next endeavor is to act on launching a website for my certified recovery coaching business!
